The hotel was generally okay. The breakfast had enough options.
i found a significant issue as the air conditioning in my room was not working. the room was too hot, and i couldn't open the window, it. i hoped for a better solution from the hotel staff, but none was offered.

The hotel sits in lovely grounds. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient, which I appreciated. The room was modern with a comfy feel and also included sky tv with film and sports channels. Parking was ample on site.
The hotel is a little outside of the main town. Driving is necessary to reach restaurants.

The reception team offered a warm welcome. They upgraded our room and provided a drink voucher. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff remembered my daughter's preference for veggie sausage. Lunch included a tasty wrap with chips.

the rooms did not meet my expectations for cleanliness they felt quite dusty with black mold around the bath. grout in the floor tiles also looked dirty.

i stayed in 2024. free parking was available, which i found convenient. the staff were friendly and they gave me the room i requested. the warm welcome cookie remains a highlight... it is still amazing. i sat on the garden terrace one evening and found it very relaxing.
I found the in-bathroom plug stuck. I could not drain any water. this meant i had to use the shower just to wash my hands, inconvenient.
